1. General provisions

Welcome to the iCode Marketing website. These terms and conditions govern access and use of our websites and services. By using this site, you agree to abide by these terms.

iCode Marketing is a marketing agency registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina, providing digital marketing services to clients worldwide.

2. Services

iCode Marketing provides the following services:

• Graphic design and branding
• Web development and programming
• SEO optimization
• Content marketing
• Social media marketing
• Google Ads and PPC campaigns
• Consulting services

3. Client obligations

The client undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service execution
• Deliver all materials and content necessary for the project on time
• Make payment in accordance with agreed conditions
• Cooperate in the project realization process
• Respect deadlines agreed in the contract

4. iCode Marketing obligations

iCode Marketing undertakes to:

• Execute services in accordance with the highest professional standards
• Respect agreed deadlines and specifications
• Provide regular reports on project progress
• Protect client confidential information
• Provide technical support after project completion

5. Price and payment

Service prices are defined individually for each project and depend on scope, complexity, and specific client requirements.

Payment terms:

• 40% advance at start of work
• 40% after acceptance of preliminary solutions
• 20% after final project delivery

All invoices are issued in BAM (convertible mark) or EUR currency as agreed.

6. Ownership and copyright

All copyright on created materials (design, code, text, images) transfers to the client after full settlement of obligations.

iCode Marketing reserves the right to use completed projects in its portfolio presentation, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

7. Data confidentiality

Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality of all information obtained during cooperation. This obligation remains in effect even after termination of cooperation.

8. Limitation of liability

iCode Marketing is not liable for direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of our services, except in cases clearly defined by law.

9. Contract termination

The contract may be terminated:

• By mutual agreement of both parties
• If one party fails to fulfill contractual obligations
• In case of force majeure circumstances

In case of contract termination, the client is obliged to pay for the work performed according to current price list.

10. Applicable law

For all matters not regulated by these terms, the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina apply. All disputes are resolved by the competent court in Gradiška.

11. Amendments to terms

iCode Marketing reserves the right to amend these terms of use. All amendments will be published on this site and take effect on the date of publication.
